Phil Kearns

Phil Kearns is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Thomas M Cooley Law School. His career began with a major insurance carrier where he held the positions of Senior Attorney and Claims Manager. During this time he developed a passion for personnel management, process improvement and leadership. This passion was further fueled when Phil accepted a position with the largest consumer based law firm in the state of North Carolina. It was there that he refined his skills in attorney development, operations and business development as the Vice President of Operations, Attorney Manager and Chief Process Officer. While with the firm he was named shareholder and was a member of the executive and strategic planning committees. Additionally, Phil was a member of the team that developed a very successful national law firm intake company. He served as Vice President of Operations of that company.
